Chemical Synthesis Researcher (Technical Director)

Job description:

1. Responsible for literature search, program design, project management and solving problems of R&D projects, lead technicians to complete the R&D projects arranged by the company according to the time node, write final reports, SOPs and patents, and regularly and actively report to superiors orally and Written report summarizing the work;

2. Train technical personnel, track project progress, supervise and guide team members to correctly fill in experimental records, equipment use records, and perform performance management;

3. Participate in the technology transfer of R&D projects, provide technical guidance to the projects after the transfer and assist in solving technical problems in production;

4. Assist colleagues in quality, business or other departments to complete related work such as method development, preparation of publicity materials, etc.; participate in domestic and foreign conferences and exchanges, and conduct publicity and display on behalf of the company;

5. Other work arranged by the leader.

Job requirements:

1. Majors in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, pharmacy, applied chemistry, biochemistry and molecular biology, microorganisms, enzymatic transformation, etc., with a strong interest in organic synthesis;

2. Possess solid relevant theoretical knowledge and experimental skills: be proficient in relevant experimental operations and be able to complete them independently; be able to analyze spectrograms, timely feedback analysis data, be able to retrieve monthly professional English literature in colleges and universities, and be able to do research; solve problems encountered in experiments problems, and be good at summarizing;

3. Have 0-15 years of relevant working experience or team management experience, and understand the current research direction and development trend of biopharmaceuticals;

4. Practical and meticulous personality, responsible, able to bear hardships, have good learning ability and ability to manage a team, and can lead a team of about 10 people. Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit. Cheerful and positive.

5. Can accept long-term business trips.
