HR administrative specialist
Job description:
1. According to job requirements, formulate recruitment plans, implement recruitment work to meet employment needs; implement recruitment workflow, coordinate/handle employee entry, resignation, transfer, promotion and other procedures; timely update and maintain employee information to the personnel management system and other shared documents /system, online recruitment platform, onboarding platform, etc.;
2. Formulation and implementation of performance management system;
3. Employee relationship management, handling various employee cases, organizing various employee activities to activate employee morale, and implementing HR policies and procedures;
4. Execute the operation procedures of various human resources management affairs and the implementation of various rules and regulations;
5. Responsible for administrative logistics management, including reception and arrangement of internal and external personnel;
6. Talent project declaration;
7. Other work arranged by the leader.
Job requirements:
1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, with work experience is preferred;
2. Familiar with national and local laws and regulations related to human resources;
3. Proficient in operating EXCEL\WORD\PPT\data statistics and other office software
4. Outgoing personality, serious and careful work, good communication and coordination ability; strong sense of responsibility, strong self-learning ability, strong initiative, strong resistance to pressure.
