Logistics document clerk
Job description:
1. Make and confirm a full set of export documents (such as bill of lading, packing list, invoice, certificate of origin, etc.) according to customer requirements;
2. Collect and manage various documents, and complete various processing of documents such as delivery notes, orders, and bills of lading;
3. Responsible for arranging shipments and following up on booking, delivery and customs declaration to ensure smooth shipment of goods;
4. Assist the finance in foreign exchange settlement, write-off and tax refund;
5. Assist sales and business personnel to provide necessary documents to complete the collection;
6. Other work arranged by the leader.
Job requirements:
1. College or undergraduate degree in international trade, business, logistics, customs declaration, good image and temperament, practical and stable, and good communication;
2. Those with work experience are preferred;
3. Familiar with the operation process of foreign trade enterprise documents and the production methods of various documents under various trade modes;
4. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and proficient in international trade terms;
5. Have good communication and coordination skills, work conscientiously, meticulously, and have a sense of responsibility;
6. Ability to control time, to predict document production and document acquisition.
